Carson Services, Inc., parent company of The Zing Network, holds the privacy and security of our site visitors in the highest regard. The following information explains the type of information gathered on our sites and how that information is used.

When you become a Zing Member, we collect the following information:

State/Province
Country
Email
Password

Your name, username, and residency information is used to facilitate communication with you, process your transactions, and to customize your Zing Member account pages. We may also include your name and country within winner lists for contests and games and on leaderboards, etc. In addition, we may share your first name and initial of your last name, as well as your country of residence within pertinent announcements (such as news posts about contest or game winners) on Zing news blogs.

How is email information used?

Email addresses are used to send you messages regarding your transactions, account information, promotional messages about new offers, notifications of new places to earn Rewardicals and other relevant communications regarding Zing Network sites and offers. Your contact information may be shared only with Localvantia, Rewardical, TripleClicks, and Flexxity merchants YOU add to your favorites list and those with whom you have used coupons, punch cards or made purchases that you have confirmed to receive Rewardical tokens. If you order a product or service sold by one of our Rewardical E-Commerce Associates, they will be provided your email address in case they need to contact you about your order and are also provided your shipping address.

Is supplied credit card information retained?

We retain this information for a period of time to allow for the possibility of a credit being posted to your credit card for a product being returned.

NOTE: You can visit our Zing sites (TripleClicks.com, EagerZebra.com, Rewardical.com, ECommergy.com, Localvantia.com, AstroAuctions.com, Flexxity.com) without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information. While IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session, the user remains anonymous. Tracking IP addresses gives us an idea of the areas on our site users are visiting and how long they spend there. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. Again, this means that a user's session is tracked, but the user is anonymous. The user's browser also lets us know the type of computer and operating system being used. IP addresses are used in conjunction with completed orders to track and prevent fraudulent transactions.

We NEVER sell, rent, or loan your email, contact information, or any other personal information you provide to us to third parties. Period!

You may remove your name from mailing lists to which you previously subscribed by following the simple removal directions always provided at the bottom of emails you receive from us.

Upon request, you may request (free of charge) your personal data Carson Services, Inc., has collected and stored. This information will be provided in a timely manner in a common readable format file.

Should you decide to opt out of the Zing Network entirely, you may also request the complete erasure of all personal information (including name, photo, profile information, etc.) pertaining to you on our servers.

Zing Network Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy

Carson Services Inc. (the parent company of Zing Network) respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, Carson Services Inc. will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on any Zing Network Site (tripleclicks.com, eagerzebra.com, localvantia.com, rewardical.com, sfimg.com, astroauctions.com, flexxity.com) if submitted to Carson Services Inc. as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, Carson Services Inc. will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright protected content.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by Carson Services Inc. or by a third party who has uploaded materials to our website, please submit a support ticket containing the following information via the Support Desk URL listed below:

• Provide evidence of the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. • Provide sufficient contact information so that we may contact you. Please be aware that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you misrepresent information listed on our site that is infringing on your copyrights. In the event Carson Services Inc. removes the allegedly infringing materials, Carson Services Inc. will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that Carson Services Inc. removed or disabled access to the materials.
